Dr Wilf Wilde is a political economist and the author of two books on global capitalism. Wilf has extensive experience in energy markets, having worked in the City at Wood MacKenzie, Smith New Court, and ING-Barings, as well as in the oil industry at Mobil (now ExxonMobil). Wilf was also marketing director at the energy regulator, Ofgem, and has lectured extensively in the UK and abroad. Wilf is currently Visiting Fellow at St Johns College, Durham University. Wilf has just finished his first novel which takes in the famines, politics and civil wars of 13th century Britain.
